Parenteral Drugs India Ltd., or PDIL, said it had commercially launched 'Paracetamol' Intravenous infusion formally under the brand name "Tamolgan".
It had obtained DCGI permission to manufacture this product in January this year.
The company further stated that it had entered into an exclusive supply-cum-distribution agreement with Piramal Healthcare Ltd. for supply of fluothane and isoflurane product in India and Nepal.
As per the agreement, PDIL shall have exclusive right as 'sole distributor' to supply the said products for a period of ten years in the open market and for institutional sales in India and Nepal.
