SAG Solarstrom AG Sunday said it signed a purchase contract with an institutional investor on Saturday for the large-scale project 'Serenissima' in Northern Italy. The price of sale will be in line with the market rate in the triple-digit million-euro range. The corporate shares will be transferred and the purchase price will be paid to SAG SOLARSTROM in the first quarter of 2012.
