Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc. (ACC.TO) Monday posted second-quarter funds from operations, or FFO, of C$2.3 million, or C$0.10 per share, compared to last year's C$1.3 million, or C$0.07 per share. AFFO went up to C$2.1 million, or C$0.09 per share, from C$1.2 million, or C$0.06 per share.
Consolidated revenues jumped 27 percent to C$18.3 million from C$14.5 million a year ago. The company attributed the improvement to new acquisitions, higher occupancy and higher per-suite average revenue.
Further, the company reported a 11 percent hike in quarterly dividend to C$0.105 per share from the earlier $0.095 per share. The dividend is payable March 15, 2012 to shareholders on the books as of February 29, 2012.
