Global-Tech Advanced Innovation Inc. (GAI: Quote) reported that its second-quarter net income was $1.2 million or $0.39 per share, compared to a net loss of $0.9 million, or $0.29 per share, for the second quarter of fiscal 2011.
Net sales for the second quarter of fiscal 2012 were $33.8 million, an increase of 35% when compared to $25.0 million for the corresponding quarter in fiscal 2011.
