Ralcorp Holdings Inc. (RAH) Friday said it commenced the offering of $775 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2022 of Ralcorp's subsidiary, Post Holdings Inc.
Post is the new holding company for Ralcorp's branded cereals business, which, Ralcorp intends to distribute to its shareholders in a tax free spin-off.
