Time Warner Cable (TWC) reported fourth quarter adjusted EPS of $1.39 Thursday morning, up from $0.99 in the previous year. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $1.20.

Time Warner Cable gapped open higher Thursday and climbed until mid-morning. The stock ended the session higher by 5.40 at $74.51 on above average volume. Shares have been rising for the past 2 weeks and set a 6-month high.
