Faith Hill has opened up about her method for keeping a celebrity figure while balancing her busy career and family life.
While speaking with Country Weekly, Faith said she's not in favor of fad diets, but is very careful to eat right, exercise and drink plenty of water:
"I don't diet but I do watch what I eat. For lunch, I usually have a greek salad with with grilled chicken. I love salads for lunch. It's light, delicious and good for you."
She also notes that exercise is an important part of her daily routine:
"Some days it's harder to get myself moving than others, but it has such a positive impact on my day," she notes. "I have more energy throughout the day and feel better overall. I also try to drink 70 to 90 ounces of water a day."
