Sandvik AB's Nomination Committee Finalises Proposals For Board's Composition

Sandvik AB (SDVKF.PK) Wednesday announced that its Nomination Committee has finalized its set of proposals for elections to the Board ahead of the AGM on 2 May 2012.

The Nomination Committee proposes the election of a new Board member Jürgen M Geissinger.

The Committee proposes the reelection of Olof Faxander, Johan Karlström, Fredrik Lundberg, Hanne de Mora, Anders Nyrén, Simon Thompson and Lars Westerberg to the Board.

Anders Nyrén is proposed as Chairman of the Board by the Nomination Committee.

The Committee stated that Egil Myklebust has declared that he is not available for reelection.
