Slash Reveals Artwork And Title Of Second Solo Album

Slash has revealed the cover art and title of for his second solo album, Apocalyptic Love. The Grammy-winning guitarist will release the album via his own label Dik Hayd International on May 22.

Apocalyptic Love features vocalist Myles Kennedy, who co-wrote all the songs with Slash, Brent Fitz on drums and bassist Todd Kerns. The album's producer is Eric Valentine, who has previously worked with Third Eye Blind, Smash Mouth and Queens Of The Stone Age.

The new album will come out on the heels of Slash's induction into the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Guns n' Roses. Slash and the members of his former band will be inducted on April 14. Despite some hard feelings over the years between the members of the band, all five of the original members are expected to be present for the ceremony.

Slash will then hit the road two weeks later with his solo band in support of their album with the first show taking place on May 3 in Baltimore.
