Alcoa And China Power Investment Finalize Deal To Establish JV Co In China

Alcoa Inc. (AA) announced that the company and China Power Investment Corporation or CPI announced have finalized an agreement to establish a joint venture company to produce high-end fabricated aluminum products for the China market. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Alcoa noted that the joint venture company will serve as a manufacturer of high-end fabricated aluminum products for the aerospace, automotive, commercial transportation, consumer electronics and packaging markets in China.
