Adele has applied for a license to allow helicopters to take off from and touch down at her West Sussex mansion. A source close to Adele said that the singer is busy and needs to cut down on transportation time.
"Adele's property has so much land she thought, 'Why not?' . . . It will cut down her journey time by some distance and it also means she won't have to rely so heavily on cars," the source told The Sun.
"She's a busy woman and needs to get to places with minimal disruption," the source added.
The estate occupies a large complex which includes ten bedrooms, two pools, tennis courts and a media room. She showed off the mansion to Anderson Cooper recently.
