President Obama treated the East Room of the White House to his vocal stylings when he sang "Sweet Home Chicago" last night.
The President joined a blues all-star band including Mick Jagger, B.B. King, Booker T. Jones and Buddy Guy at a ceremony celebrating Black History Month and the blues, crooning along to a few bars of "Sweet Home Chicago" with the blues performers during an impromptu performance.
He was called up to the stage by Buddy Guy, who said to Obama: "I heard you singing Al Green. You done started something, and you gotta keep it up now!"
Last night's performance marks his second such foray this year; he recently sang a few lines from Al Green's song "Let's Stay Together" at a recent event at the Apollo in Harlem, with footage of the song going viral soon after.
