EGI Financial Holdings Inc. (EFH.TO) reported that its fourth-quarter net income was $3.25 million or $0.29 per share, compared to $3.25 million or $0.27 per share in the same quarter last year.
Net operating income per share declined to $0.22 from $0.27 last year.
Direct written premiums rose to $44.32 million from $37.05 million in the year ago quarter. Net earned premiums was $42.38 million, compared to $42.12 million in the year ago quarter.
