"Felicity" star Scott Foley has reportedly committed to star opposite Becki Newton in a new comedy pilot for Fox titled "The Goodwin Games." The show is under development by "How I Met Your Mother" creators Carter Bays, Craig Thomas and Chris Harris.

According to hollywoodreporter.com, it centers on a wealthy man who decides to leave his fortune to his three children if they are willing to meet his terms and conditions. Foley and Newton will appear as siblings Henry and Coney. It is the most recent in a string of comedic appearances for Foley, who has previously appeared on "Scrubs" and "Cougar Town."

Bays, Thomas and Harris will write and executive produce the pilot and will have production help from Peyton Reed. Foley's most recent recurring role was on "Grey's Anatomy," though he will have a regular part on HBO's "True Blood" starting next season.
