Ball Corp Prices $750 Mln Of Notes

Ball Corp. (BLL) said Friday that it priced an underwritten public offering of $750 million of 5.00% senior notes due March 15, 2022.

The offering is expected to close on March 9.

The company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering to pay the consideration, accrued and unpaid interest and related fees and expenses in connection with today's previously announced tender offer and related consent solicitation for any and all of its outstanding 6 5/8% Senior Notes due 2018, and for general corporate purposes.
