Fiserv Inc. (FISV: Quote) announced after the close Thursday that its Board of Directors has authorized it to repurchase an additional 10 million shares of the company's common stock.
Fiserv climbed for the majority of the morning Friday and closed higher by 1.03 at $66.87. The stock has risen past the upper end of a 3-week range and set a new high for the year.
