Chris Brown has been accused by a woman in Miami of stealing her cell phone after she tried to take a picture of him.
According to TMZ.com, Brown stole Christal Spann's phone outside a nightclub in Miami. The 24-year old later filing a police report against Brown, stating "robbery by snatching" as the reason for her complaint.
A rep for the Miami Beach PD told TMZ.com that Spann followed Brown and fellow rapper Tyga out of Cameo nightclub early last Sunday morning and took a picture on her iPhone as he got into his car. TMZ claims that "Chris flipped out when he saw her camera phone, then grabbed it through the car window, saying, "B***h, you ain't going to put that on no website."
The police report says Brown then rolled up his car window and drove off with Spann's $500 phone. The rep also added that no arrests have been made and no warrant has been issued , with the incident under investigation.
