Mitt Romney's campaign highlighted the alliance between Rick Santorum and former Pennsylvania Sen. Arlen Specter in a new web video released Friday.

The 30-second video starts with the narrator describing Specter as a liberal, pro-choice Republican turned Democrat who was the deciding vote on Obama's health care plan.

Specter left Capitol Hill a year ago but served in the Senate with Santorum.

The video juxtaposes images of Specter with Obama and later with Santorum.

The narrator says that Santorum has supported and chosen Specter over conservative candidates in the past.

The video shows Santorum saying, "I'm proud to endorse Arlen Specter."

In Wednesday's Arizona debate, Romney attacked Santorum for endorsing Specter for re-election as Pennsylvania Senator in 2004 when faced with a challenge by conservative candidate Pat Toomey.

It ends with the narrator asking, "If Rick Santorum couldn't say no to liberal Arlen Specter, can you really trust him to change Washington?"
