HEI, Inc. (HEII.PK) reported fourth-quarter net income of $365 thousand or $0.03 per share, compared to a net loss of $230 thousand or $0.02 per share in the same quarter a year-ago.
Quarterly sales increased to $9.20 million from $9.09 million in the prior year quarter.
For fiscal 2011, net income was $1.1 million or $0.10 per share, compared to a net loss of $369 thousand or $0.04 per share in the year-ago period.
Net sales for the period rose $1.0 million to $37.42 million from $36.42 million last year.
