Innospec Inc. (IOSP) announced the appointment of Milton Blackmore as Chairman of its Board effective as of May 9, 2012. Blackmore has been on the Board of Directors of Innospec since June 2010 and will take up the role of Chairman at the Annual Meeting in May, succeeding Bob Bew, who is retiring from the Board at that time.
