Chemtura Posts Q4 Profit

Chemtura Corp. (CHMT: Quote) Monday reported fourth-quarter net earnings from continuing operations attributable to the company of $34 million or $0.34 per share, as compared to net loss of $367 million or $2.25 per share last year.

Net earnings attributable to Chemtura on a managed basis were $26 million or $0.26 per share, compared to $7 million or $0.04 per share last year.

Chemtura reported net sales of $677 million compared to $680 million last year.
