Gainers:

Verisk Analytics, Inc. (VRSK) is up 9 percent to $46.00. The company's fourth quarter profit rose nearly 22 percent from the year-ago quarter. Total revenue increased 19.9 percent for the fourth quarter.

Liz Claiborne, Inc. (LIZ) is up over 2 percent to $10.65. The company swung to a profit in its fourth quarter. Net sales declined 2.6 percent. The company reaffirmed its 2012 adjusted EBITDA guidance of $125 million to $140 million, excluding foreign currency transaction gains or losses.

Decliners:

First Solar, Inc. (FSLR) is falling 6 percent to $34.20 as the company has slipped to a loss in its fourth quarter. The company also lowered its fiscal 2012 net sales guidance, while reiterating earnings per share forecast.

TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (TTEC) is down 12 percent to $15.55 as the company's fourth quarter earnings and revenue were below Wall Street view. The company also guided 2012 revenue below consensus.

Universal Display Corp. (PANL) is down nearly 6 percent to $43.06 as the company forecast full year 2012 revenue below analysts' estimate. However, the company reported a profit for its fourth quarter, with both earnings per share and revenues coming in above consensus estimates.

SodaStream International Ltd. (SODA) is falling 12 percent to $41.68. The company's fourth quarter profit and revenue improved from the year-ago quarter. The company expects full year 2012 revenue to increase approximately 28 percent and net income to increase by approximately 42 percent.

Central European Distribution Corp. (CEDC) is down 29 percent to $3.85. The company's fourth quarter loss widened from the previous year period. Comparable earnings per share and net sales were sharply below consensus.

Trading halt:

Trading in shares of Nektar Therapeutics (NKTR) was halted. The company announced agreement to sell CIMZIA and MIRCERA royalties to Royalty Pharma for $124 Million. The company is slated to report its fourth quarter results today after the market close.
