After a bitter custody battle, Kelsey and Camille Grammer have reached an agreement on their two children, Mason and Jude.
According to People, the settlement stipulates that the kids will stay with their mother in California, while Kelsey will remain a part of their lives. Meanwhile, he is shopping for a home in the Los Angeles area, so he can be nearby. A financial agreement has also nearly been reached.
In May 2011, Kelsey filed for sole custody of the children, nearly a year after Camille filed for divorce.
He spoke with Piers Morgan on the divorce last October:
"I remember having one conversation where I said, 'Well, don't worry about it. After the first season, you can do the 'Divorced Wives of Beverly Hills' next season'."
Kelsey is currently expecting twins with his new wife, Kayte Walsh. The pair were married in February 2011.
