The Japanese yen edged higher across the board around 10:00 am ET following the release of the U.S. construction spending and the ISM manufacturing survey results. The yen is presently quoted at 81.02 against the dollar, 129.11 against the pound, 82.13 against the Canadian dollar, 87.26 against the Australian dollar, 67.76 against the NZ dollar, 89.45 against the Swiss franc and 107.77 against the euro.
