Automaker General Motors Co. (GM, GMM.TO) reported that total U.S. vehicle sales for the month of February 2012 rose 1.1% to 209,306 units from 207,028 units in the prior year month. There were 25 selling days in February 2012, compared to 24 selling days last year.
