Eastman Kodak has reportedly agreed to sell its online photo services business to Shutterfly Inc. (SFLY: Quote) for $23.8 million. Shutterfly is now up 3.79 on 91K shares after the close.
Shutterfly was range-bound for the majority of Thursday's session and closed down by 0.45 at $26.91. The stock finished near the middle of a one-month trading range.
