Shutterfly, Inc. (SFLY) is gaining nearly 14 percent to $30.62. Bankrupt Eastman Kodak Co. (EKDKQ.PK) has entered into an agreement with the company for the proposed sale of certain assets of its KODAK Gallery on-line photo services business for $23.8 million.

Ascena Retail Group Inc. (ASNA) is up over 8 percent to $42.25. The company's second quarter profit jumped from the year-ago quarter. Both earnings per share and revenue were above Wall Street view. The company raised its outlook for the full year 2012.

Zynga Inc. (ZNGA) is up 4 percent to $15.10.


SciClone Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (SCLN) is down 8 percent to $4.15. The company announced results from a pre-planned interim analysis of the phase 2b trial of SCV-07 in patients with oral mucositis indicate that the trial would not meet the pre-specified efficacy endpoints.

Overstock.com, Inc. (OSTK) is plunging 10 percent to $6.23 as the company slipped to a loss in its fourth quarter. Revenues declined 10 percent from the year-ago quarter and were below consensus.

Amarin Corporation plc (AMRN) is down 4 percent to $8.40. The company said it is continuing to execute on its plan to protect the proprietary position of AMR101, its lead product candidate, in its intended indications.

Big Lots, Inc. (BIG) is down 1 percent to $43.97. The company's fourth quarter profit and net sales improved from the previous year period.

Apple Inc. (AAPL) is down 0.18 percent to $543.50. The company reached a milestone on Wednesday when its stock market value topped the $500 billion mark. Apple became the sixth company ever to touch the half-trillion mark.
