Former "King of Queens" star and "The Talk" co-host Leah Remini has reportedly signed on to appear in a new ABC network comedy pilot called "White Van Man." The show will center around a man (Kyle Bornheimer) who is forced to take over his father's handyman business after his father falls ill.

Remini will reportedly co-star as Terry, the father's sister and hollywoodreporter.com describes her character as a "a Patricia Clarkson-type in a bohemian shirt and head scarf." Terry is frequently called upon to look after her brother Tony, who often tries to sneak out and return to work despite his heart condition.

The script will be penned by "Raising Hope" writer Bobby Bowman, who will also executive produce. The pilot will be shot in the English style with a single camera and will also be produced by Mark Gordon, Andrea Shay and Paul Buccieri with Michael Fresco.
