Chris Martin has denied rumors that he regrets the title of Coldplay's last album.

Martin posted his stance on Twitter, where he stated: "No regrets at all about Mylo Xyloto as album title. We love it. Only regret attempting JOKE on early morning TV. CM"

Martin's statements were in response to comments he made while on Good Morning America last week, where he said the band was sorry to have named the album in a way that people could not pronounce:

"It's just something that we thought looked really good but everywhere we go around the world people pronounce it in the most crazy ways and we're beginning to regret it now."

Coldplay will launch their North American tour on April 17. They recently took home the Best British Group award at the BRIT awards, saying of their win:

"To be honest, most British bands have split up. Blur have gone, Pulp have gone, Take That are on holiday, we're the only British band left on the pitch! But we'll take that."
