About 86.2 percent of the registered merchantings corresponded to urban properties and 13.8 percent to rustic properties.
At the same time, the number of property transfers recorded in the land registries, from public deeds previously registered, totaled 151,186 in January, which was down 4.5 percent from the prior year. But it rose 31.4 from December.
