Wolford CFO Peter Simma To Step Down - Quick Facts

Wolford AG (WLFDY.PK) announced that its Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board Peter Simma will be leaving the company.

Since August 2001 he has been a member of the Executive Board of Wolford AG with management responsibility for Finance/Controlling, Investor Relations, Legal, Human Resources, IT and Procurement. Wolford noted that he will continue to fulfill all his duties and responsibilities at Wolford AG until September 14, 2012.
