Vocera Communications, Inc. said that the estimated initial public offering price is between $12.00 and $14.00 per share. The company is selling 5 million shares of common stock, and the selling stockholders are selling 750 thousand shares of common stock.
The selling stockholders have granted the underwriters an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to 862,500 additional shares of common stock. Vocera noted that it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.
Further, the company said it has applied for the listing of its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "VCRA."
