Demandware Inc. (DWRE: Quote), Wednesday said its priced the initial public offering of 5.5 million shares at a price of $16 a share. The prior estimated IPO price range was $12.50 to $14.50 a share.
The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on March 15, 2012 under the symbol "DWRE", the company said.
The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 825,000 shares from Demandware at the initial public offering price.
