The U.S. dollar climbed against its most major counterparts in early Asian deals on Thursday. As of now, the dollar is trading at a fresh 7-week high of 0.8067 against the New Zealand dollar, 2-day high of 1.5650 against the pound, near an 8-week high of 1.0427 against the Australian dollar and a fresh multi-month high of 84.03 against the yen.
If the dollar gains further, it may likely target 1.030 against the Aussie, 0.80 against the kiwi, 1.561 against the pound and 85.0 against the yen.
