Drake is a style maven, at least according to GQ magazine, who placed him on the cover of their new "Style Issue."
On the inside pages, the Canadian MC talks about his astronomical rise, sexual escapades, not being a "hard" rapper, issues with his father, music, and more.
"I've never been reckless—it's always calculated," Drake explained of his success. "I'm mischievous, but I'm calculated."
He continued, talking about his troubled relationship with his father, which has gotten better with time:
"Me and my dad are friends. We're cool. I'll never be disappointed again, because I don't expect anything anymore from him. I just let him exist, and that's how we get along. We laugh. We have drinks together. But I spent too many nights looking by the window, seeing if the car was going to pull up. And the car never came."
