Alice Cooper will give the commencement address at the Musicians Institute College of Contemporary Music at the Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles, California on Saturday, March 17.
"Alice Cooper is a rock and roll icon and we are thrilled to have him as our keynote speaker," said Tom Engfer, Senior Director of Education at Musicians Institute. "His years of experience as a groundbreaking, innovative musician will provide our students with invaluable insight into the music industry."
No word from Coop on what his speech will cover.
This summer the shock rocker hits the road as the support act for Iron Maiden which kicks off June 21 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Cooper will be the supporting act until July 21, and Coheed and Cambria will take over on the rest of the dates.
