Bear Creek Mining CFO Resigns; Names Steve Krause Interim Finance Chief

Bear Creek Mining Corporation (BCM.V) Friday said that its Chief Financial Officer, Brad Blacketor, will be resigning from the company to pursue other opportunities. His resignation will be effective from May 7, 2012.

The company has named Steve Krause as interim CFO. Krause had previously served as the CFO of the company from 2003 to 2011.
