InnVest Real Estate Investment Trust and InnVest Operations Trust, collectively "InnVest" (INN_UN.TO), announced financial results for the three ended December 31, 2011.
Funds from operations for the fourth-quarter rose to C$10.1 million or C$0.108 per unit, up from C$8.61 million or C$0.096 per unit in the prior year quarter reflecting lower interest charges.
Net loss for the quarter was C$4.32 million, compared to profit of C$213.93 million in the same quarter last year.
Revenues for the quarter increased to C$150.36 million from C$149.44 million in the prior year quarter.
