Fitch Ratings Affirms Frontier Communications' IDR At 'BB+'

Fitch Ratings said that it has affirmed Frontier Communications Corp.'s (FTR) Issuer Default Rating or IDR at 'BB+'; Senior unsecured $750 million revolving credit facility due 2014 at 'BB+'; Senior unsecured notes and debentures at 'BB+'. The Rating Outlook is Stable.

Fitch Ratings noted that it affirmed Frontier North Inc's IDR at 'BB+'; $200 million unsecured notes due 2028 at 'BBB-'.

Anglo-Dutch oil giant Royal Dutch Shell plans to cut 2,200 more jobs, as the company continues to face lower oil prices, media reported Wednesday citing an emailed statement.
