BB&T Capital markets downgraded its rating on shares of Gardner Denver Inc. (GDI) Wednesday morning to "Hold" from "Buy."
Gardner Denver declined during the first 45 minutes of trade Wednesday and sank further in the final 2 hours of the afternoon. Shares finished down by 6 points at $64.00 on strong volume. The stock dropped to a 5 1/2 month low.
