SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd. said the Committee of Director of Board had allotted 2,48,856 Infrastructure Bonds of Rs.1,000 each aggregating to Rs.24,88,56,000 in the nature of secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures in one or more tranches.
The company clocked a net profit of Rs.41.37 crore on total income of Rs.832.54 crore for the nine months ended December 31, 2011.
At the BSE, SREI Infrastructure shares are currently trading at Rs.28.10, up 0.18 percent from the previous close.
