Credit Suisse (CS) said Peter Weibel will be resigning from the Board of Directors of both Credit Suisse Group AG and Credit Suisse AG as of the next Annual General Meeting on April 27, 2012. He has been a member of the Board since 2004 and was Chairman of the Audit Committee from 2004 to 2011.
