Greece should implement reforms to come out of the current downward spiral, European Central Bank President Mario Draghi said in an interview with the German newspaper Bild-Zeitung, published Friday.
To overcome the crisis, Greece needs a stable political environment, he said.
Eurozone governments should build confidence in their budgetary discipline, and that is the reason why the new fiscal pact with common rules is correct. So it would be too early for euro bonds, central bank chief said.
