Dialogic Inc. (DLGC) reported that its fourth-quarter net loss attributable to shareholders was $9.2 million, or $0.29 per share compared to a loss of $21.35 million or $0.69 per share in the prior year quarter.
Total revenue for the fourth quarter of 2011 was $50.0 million, down from $55.45 million in the prior year.
Dialogic expects Total Revenue in the first quarter of 2012 to be slightly less than Total Revenues achieved in the fourth quarter of 2011, due to normal seasonality.
