Insurance holding company Unico American Corp. (UNAM: Quote) Friday reported fourth-quarter net income of $0.6 million or $0.12 per share, compared to $0.8 million or $0.14 per share in the prior-year period.
Total revenues were $8.3 million for the quarter compared with $8.7 million last year.
Total expenses for the quarter was $7.3 million compared to $7.6 million last year.
