Bret Michaels is hard at work on his upcoming new album Get Your Rock On - and while it doesn't have a firm release date, fans can expect to hear guest appearaces from artists such as Joe Perry, Jimmy Buffett, Ace Frehley, Phil Collen, Vinnie Paul and more.
"[It's a] really amazing record. I put a lot of hard work into this," Michaels told the AZ Central. "And everyone that's on it, I'm not only friends with but fans of. I've got Ace from KISS and Michael Anthony from Van Halen. I redid 'Nothin' But a Good Time' and played everything on it but the lead guitar and bass. Then, 'Every Rose Has Its Thorn' has Perry and Hugh McDonald from Bon Jovi. And it's got Loretta Lynn singing it with me. Then, Jimmy Buffett, me and him did 'Margaritaville' live."
While working on Get Your Rock On, Michaels is also gearing up for his upcoming tour with Poison alongside Def Leppard this summer.
