Rob Kardashian caught some heat from police in Miami over the weekend after attempting to pull a prank on a photographer snapping his photo. According to a report from TMZ.com, Kardashian was out with friends when he noticed the photog and thought it would be funny if he started sprinting towards the man.
Thinking Kardashian was actually planning to attack him, the paparazzo began running away screaming for help at which point police took notice. The "Dancing with the Stars" contestant reportedly followed the photographer into a smoke shop attempting to apologize and explain the situation when police stepped in.
Both Kardashian and the photographer were questioned in a police car when it was revealed that there was, in fact, no altercation. The reality star and photographer were both released without charges filed.
