The sub-indicator of households views of their past financial situation improved to -28 in March from -31 in February, while the outlook component of personal finances rose to -18 from -25.

The index measuring consumers' perception of the general economic situation in the past twelve months improved sharply to -66 from -75 in the previous month, while that for the coming period climbed to -39 from -51.

Meanwhile, households considered it less opportune in March than in February to save, with the relevant index dropping to 16 from 19.
