"Glee" producers have revealed that both Whoopi Goldberg and Lindsay Lohan will appear as special guest stars in the second half of the show's third season. According to various sources Lindsay will star in just one episode playing herself while Goldberg will appear in a recurring arc.
Various sources report that Whoopi will guest as a character named Carmen Tibideaux. The character is a New York Academy of the Dramatic Arts professor who will make the trip to Ohio to oversee Kurt and Rachel's NYADA auditions. Lohan will reportedly star as a judge during the national competition, a role previously held by Josh Groban and Olivia Newton-John.
The show has also made recent headlines for their planned tribute to the Who's classic rock opera "Tommy." The Chicago Tribune reports that the tribute may run for a full hour, just as the "Born This Way" Lady Gaga episode previously did.
