Digirad CFO Resigns; CEO Clyde Takes Responsibility As Interim CFO

Digirad Corp. (DRAD), a diagnostic imaging products provider, said Wednesday that its Chief Financial Officer, Richard Slansky, has resigned effective April 20, 2012.

The company's CEO Todd Clyde will assume the responsibility of CFO on an interim basis until a replacement is found.

Clyde had formerly served as the CFO of Digirad for six years.
